Description: THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This synopsis/solicitation 1305M220QNFFK01823 constitutes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06. �� The National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS), National Seafood Inspection Lab (NSIL), Pascagoula, MS 39567 has a requirement for replacement of the compressor in their outside freezer.� The completion date is September 30, 2020. The address is NOAA Fisheries/National Seafood Inspection Laboratory, 3209 Frederic Street, Pascagoula, MS� 39567-4163. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote.� Quote shall include all costs associated with the CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor�s quote.� The Government will award a firm fixed price contract based on the Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote.� Quote shall include all costs associated with the CLIN unless otherwise indicated on the vendor�s quote.� This RFQ is 100% set aside for small businesses. The associated NAICS code is 811412, Appliance Repair and Maintenance, with a Size Standard of $16.5 Million. Additionally, each offeror must provide the following information with the quote: � The Request for Quote (RFQ) number; The Name, Address, Telephone Number, and DUNS Number of the Offeror; Include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in the RFQ. Quotes that reject the terms and conditions of the RFQ may be excluded from consideration; Provide a technical description of the product being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation.� Technical description shall include the Manufacturer, Brand Name, Model Number, Part Number and Specifications.� ��This may include product literature, or other documents, if necessary. Provide Delivery/Installation timeframe, Warranty documentation and descriptive literature with quote.� Acknowledgment of Solicitation Amendments (SF-30), if any. � All questions must be submitted in writing to Wendy.Culbreth@noaa.gov by 11:00 A.M. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on July 13, 2020. Telephone inquiries will not be honored.� All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes must be submitted by 4:00 P.M. Eastern on July 15, 2020 via e-mail to Wendy.Culbreth@noaa.gov.� Any award resulting from this RFQ will be made based on LPTA.� �� The anticipated award date is on or about August 7, 2020. Contractors are encouraged to register with the Contract Opportunities Vendor Notification Service as well as the Interested Vendors List for this acquisition (see applicable tab within Contract Opportunities where this synopsis/solicitation is posted).
