The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, material, permits, labor, and supervision required to complete. Project 539-20-212, Resolve HVAC Issues in Building 15, in accordance with all contract documents, specifications and drawings for work to be performed at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati Ohio. An organized pre-bid site visit is scheduled for:�July 16, 2020 at 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)�,���� Cincinnati VA Medical Center,�3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45220 (Bldg 3, 1st Floor, Engineering Conference Room).�Magnitude of Construction: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. NAICS: 238220, Plumbing, Heating, & Air Conditioning Contractors. Small Business Size Standard: $16.5M - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses.
