Description: The basic scope for the ATCT includes but is not limited to a 160' tower with: drilled shaft foundations, floor slabs, buckling-restrained brace frames, fire protection and detection, emergency power, Furniture Fixtures & Equipment (FF&E) for office spaces, FAA control cab with Slat-Wall Consoles, elevator, access control systems, HVAC, plumbing, parking lots, access driveways, fencing, and other supporting building systems and exterior infrastructure. The construction of the ATCT will meet the latest code criterion including United Facility Criteria (UFC), ASCE 7, and other professional standards.
