- ***Amended Solicitation: Revised SOW*** Combined Synopsis Solicitation: DINING HALL FACILITY This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; submissions are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The Solicitation Number is: FA542220Q3013 (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the following: Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC): 2020-05 30-Mar-20 DFARS Publication Notice (DPN): 20200408 08-Apr-20 Air Force Federal Acquisition Circular (AFAC): 20191001 01-Oct-19 (iv) NAICS code: 236220 Size Standard: $39.5M This is a(n) 100% unrestricted, full and open solicitation. The corresponding index entry is:� Prefabricated commercial building erection (v) Please see attached Pricing Schedule for a list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, (including option(s), if applicable). (vi) Description of the Requirement: The Contractor shall design and construct a semi-permanent facility or pre-engineered building intended for use as the main serving and seating area for the installation�s dining hall. (vii) Period of Performance or Delivery Date can be found on the Pricing Schedule.
