- ***The Government acknowledges that BetaSAM assigned Solicitation Number FA480320B0002 vs FA480320B0001.�� 6 July 2020:� Amendment 0001(FA480320B00010001).� This solicitation is amended to extend the offeror's due date for questions from 7 calendar days to 14 calendar days post site visit, 29 June 2020.� Questions are due 13 July 2020.� Please note when submitting Bid that ALL AMENDMENTS must be acknoweldged.� This can be done by viewing the Original Solicitation on the SF1442 form.� Page 2, Section 19 of the SF 1442 provides offeror the space to acknowlege amendments.�� ***This Solictation, FA480320B0001, is generated from Sources Sought,�FA480319R0002, posted 15 May 2020.�*** This solicitation is being set-aside to Historically Underutilized business Zones (HubZone) firms; all others will be deemed non responsible.� Contract award will be based on Sealed bid - FAR Part 14.� In accordance with FAR Part 14.408(a)(3); award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the invitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and price-related factors included in the invitation. Interested parties should register on-line and subscribe to receiving procurement announcements related to this solicitation via the website https://beta.sam.gov.� There will be no paper copies of this solicitation.� All solicitation information may be obtained through�the above referenced website.� Any questions related to this solicitation must be submitted electronically via email to moore.williams.1@us.af.mil and laurie.harvey.1@us.af.mil. The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, supplies, materials, supervision, transportation, applicable licenses and permits to accomplish the work designated in the statement of work, drawings and specifications. The general work includes demolition of buildings, slabs, foundations, septic systems, parking lots, fencing trash grate, primary electrical service and power poles, and capping of water wells. The project also consist of the installation of new fencing, vehicle gate, overhead lighting, roadway, and improved driving surface. The contractor shall video all areas in which work shall occur prior to starting work and also perform a destructive asbestos and lead survey in accordance with South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control.� An archaelogical survey will be conducted and will consist of two (2) phases as identified in the statement of work. This acquisition is being issued under FAR Part 19.203(c) Hubzone Small Business Set-Aside and solicited via Invitation for Bid. Potential bidders must be currently registered in System for Award Management to be eligible for award.� (See internet site:�https://betasam.gov). Payment for requirement issued will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) System.� Contractors must be registered in WAWF, see internet site:� https://wawf.ef.mil for registration. All responsible sources may submit an offer (bid) which will be considered by the 20th Contracting Squadron, Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina.
