- The Government is specifically seeking HUBZone small businesses that are interested and capable of providing operations and maintenance support services required to sustain and restore real property assets, to include all plant, property, and equipment for the 1st Capabilities Integration Group (1st CIG) (Airborne) located at Buildings 2565 and 2596 on Humphrey Engineer Center and Buildings 319, 1126, 3245 and 3246 on the Main Post of Fort Belvoir and Division Army Air Field, Fort Belvoir, VA.� This is a combined synopsis/solicitation; there will be no other solicitation. Note that a site visit is required; see attached for details.
