Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The Drug Enforcement Administration requires the items listed in the attached solicitation.� This is a request for quotation (RFQ) number 15DDHQ20Q00000112.� The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-005. �This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).� The associated NAICS code is 423610 and small business size standard is 500 employees. �A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure are specified in the attached RFQ with a description of each item to be acquired.� Award will be on an all or none basis.� The period of performance will be 7/13/2020 through 7/12/2021.� Services will be performed, delivered and accepted at least monthly as specified in the Schedule at the Quantico Training Center, 2500 Investigative Way, Quantico, Virginia.� Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) does not apply to this procurement.� Quotes are due on or before 10:00 AM July 9, 2020 to Nancy Costello at nancy.a.costello@usdoj.gov.� Late quotes will not be considered.� Contact Nancy Costello at nancy.a.costello@usdoj.gov for any information regarding the solicitation.�
