- The purpose of Amendment Four (4) under solicitation SP4705-20-R-0028, is to post responses to questions form vendors related to the Mechanical Maintenance AD HOC solicitation. All others terms of the solicitation remain the same. �END OF AMENDMENT�FOUR (4) The purpose of Amendment three (3) under solicitation SP4705-20-R-0028, is to extend the Solicitation due date from 4:00 P.M. ET on Monday, July 6, 2020 to 4:00 P.M. ET on Thursday, July 16, 2020. All other terms of the solocitation remain the same. END OF AMENDMENT THREE (3) The purpose of Amendment two (2) under solicitation SP4705-20-R-0028, is to update the Point of Contacts (POC) to include Mr. Andre Desima when submitting your questions related to the site visit and all responses to the solicitation.� Please see the POC emails listed below: 1. Andre.Desima@dla.mil 2. Ronald.fairley@dla.mi 3. Beverly.j.williams@dla.mil All other terms of the solicitation remain the same. END OF AMENDMENT TWO (2) The purpose of Amendment 1 of solicitation SP4705-20-R-0028 is to change the due date�for submission of questions as referenced under Section 1.3 Submission of the Mechanical Solicitation Instruction to Offerors as follows: FROM:� 4:00PM. ET Tuesday, June 16, 2020 TO:������� 4:00PM. ET Tuesday, June 23, 2020 Attached is the revised Mechanical Solicitation Instruction to Offerors with the changed due date for the submission of the questions as referenced under Section 1.3 Submission of Questions. All other terms of the solicitation remain the same. END OF AMENDMENT�ONE (1) 1.3 Submission of Questions SUBMISSION OF QUESTIONS: \Any questions regarding the solicitation or resulting from the site visit must be in writing and submitted after the site visit to the contract specialist, Ronald E. Fairley, via email to ronald.fairley@dla.mil and the Contracting Officer beverly.j.williams@dla.mil no later than 4:00 P.M. ET Tuesday, June 16, 2020. DLA Contracting Services Office Fort Belvoir has a Mechanical Maintenance requirement to obtain repair and alteration services for Ad Hoc Work in support of the Defense Logistics Agency Headquarters Complex (HQC) at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.� The period of performance will include a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.
