- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number 140L2220Q0011 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) with an open date of July 6, 2020 and close date of July 21, 2020. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through FAC 2020-07. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS 115112 and a size standard of $8.00. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Roswell District Office, has a requirement in soliciting quotations on a competitive basis for qualified vendors to enter into a firm fixed price contract for furnishing and aerially applying liquid herbicide application to 1,130 acres in accordance with attached statement of work, location map, wage determination and the evaluation criteria. The following FAR provisions and clauses are applicable under this synopsis/solicitation: 52.212.1, 52.212-2, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, and can be downloaded as full text at https://www.acquisition.gov . The resultant contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose offer is the lowest price technically acceptable. Offerors must be registered in the System for Awards Management (SAM) database to do business with the Federal Government and to be considered for award. The database can be accessed at https://www.sam.gov/SAM/. The solicitation is available electronically at https://beta.sam.gov/. Questions to solicitation are due by July 15, 2020 1700 MT. Offers are being accepted via electronic mail to etippeco@blm.gov, Attention: Eleanor Tippeconnie. Offers are to submit via company letterhead, referencing RFQ 140L2220Q0011 and are due no later than 1700 MT on July 21, 2020.
