- W912JB-19-C-5008 is contract is for the construction of a compound and electrical infrastructure to facilitate the installation of Global ANST equipment. This equipment is to be installed by other parties in the spring of 2021.This Addendum is considered to be out of the general scope of the contract due to the magnitude of the changes when compared to the work originally contracted because the bidding and other interested parties could not have reasonably foreseen such changes pre award.
