- M68909-20-Q-7611 Notice of Intent to Award The Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA), Camp Pendleton, CA, intends to issue a sole-source purchase order for Escalate Cyber Security Training for a base period of one year with two 12-month option periods.������ The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Priced purchase order to Point3 Federal LLC. �The Government has determined the award of this purchase order is the most cost effective and efficient action to maintain MCTSSA�s Cyber Team proficiency, skills and abilities and avoid a substantial duplication of costs to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition at this time. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; no solicitation is forthcoming.� The determination not to compete this contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Any party interested in submitting questions or concerns regarding this notice or the Government's intent to sole source may contact the Contract Specialist, Roy Layug, at roy.layug1@usmc.mil, no later than 10 days after this announcement.� MCTSSA will not be responsible for any cost incurred by responding to this notice.
