- The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime Contracting Office at Norfolk Naval Shipyard has a requirement for Brand Name Specific ( Defiant Technologies) of the following: 2- EA: FROG 5000, PART NO. DT-FG5K-1-52S; 12-EA: REPLACEMENT ACTIVATED CARBON FOR FROG 5000, PARTNO. DTFG-AC-1; 2-KT: TOOL KIT FOR FROG 5000, PART NO. DT-FG-TK-1; 12-EA: MO1 SIEVES FOR FROG 5000, PART NO. DT-FG-MS-1. Procurement�is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Codes for this procurement is 333314. Award will be made on the basis of lowest-price, technically acceptable. Ensure the solicitation number is included in the subject line of any email correspondence. Emails without subject lines will not be read due to security issues. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither it nor its principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal agency. Quotations must include: 1. A signed copy of the solicitation, to include the total price of each CLIN and the filled?in Representations and Certifications. 2. If applicable, executed copies of all amendments. 3. If applicable, shipping charges 4.
