- This is a Firm-Fixed-Price, Contract � Task Order under the Waterfront III MACC Group 0074, IDIQ Unrestricted MACC for Construction and Renovation of various Waterfront Facilities at Various locations predominately within the NAVFAC Southwest Area of Responsibility.� The general scope of this requirement is a Firm-Fixed-Price Design-Build Construction contract to provide repairs near both the Deperming Pier, vicinity shoreline and seawall, Point Loma, CA (see study in Part 6 for photos and location descriptions).� All materials at the Deperming Pier shall be non-magnetic as determined by Magnetic Permeability Testing described in Section 2.3.2 of the SOW.� All activities creating �sound in the water� shall be specifically coordinated with the Contracting Officer.��The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code that applies to the principal nature of the acquisition was 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction.� The Base�Item includes all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and incidental related work to provide design, construction, procurement, and installation services to repair the Pier.� Period of Performance: 30 June 2020 to 8 October 2021
