- The USPFO Contracting Office, Virginia (VA) intends to issue a sole-source award to Edmunds Waste Removal Inc., McKenney, VA 23972 and Cage Code OTN50 for field sanitation equipment rental at Fort Pickett, located in Blackstone, VA. Field Sanitation equipment is needed to support specific activities performing field training at Fort Pickett�s Maneuver Training Center (MTC). The contract will be awarded to for the period of 01 July 2020 to 30 September 2020. � This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR 19.1506(b) Women-owned small business program sole source awards and as authorized by FAR 6.302-5. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code for this requirement is 562991 with the size standard of $7.0 million. This notice is not a formal solicitation. This not considered a Request for Quotation (RFQ). No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No purchase order will be awarded on the basis of quotation or offers received in response to this notice. Any response to this notice must show clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received, the purchase order will be awarded without further notice. A determination by the Government not to complete this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
