- Summary per attached LSJ:� This action will provide the the Department of Veterans Affairs requires the development and implementation of an end-to-end WOC on- and off-boarding solution, enhancement of current reporting and tracking capabilities, and creation of interfaces between between HR�Smart and USA staffing, as well, as between ICAM (Identity, Credentialing, and Access Management) and HR�Smart specific to WOC data and requirements.� The HR�Smart enhancements will enable an efficient process for onboarding WOCs each year and maintain them throughout their tenure with the VA.
