- NSN 4240 - 015428151 is for PARTS KIT,REGULATOR. This is a Firm Fixed Price Procurement for�9,000 EA.�This material will�be Stock. All pricing will be on an FOB Origin basis. Inspection and Acceptance will be origin. Partial shipments and early deliveries will be allowed. This procurement will be a total small business set-aside. The ""anticipated"" solicitation issue date is 21 May�2020. The solicitation, once issued, will be posted on the DLA DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/.
