- Description
- This is not a solicitation/request for proposal.� The solicitation/request for proposal will be forth coming.� When issued the Solicitation/Request for Proposal can be found on the DSCC Bid website at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/rfp/. The subject requirement is for the acquisition of the NSNs listed below.� This will be solicited as an Indefinite Quantity Long Term Contract containing a 3-year base period and 2 1 year options.� The total duration, base plus option years, shall not exceed 5 years.� The solicitation will be Unrestricted.�� ��Solicitation will be issued using FAR Part 15 procedures & Certified Cost and Pricing Data will be required unless proof of Commerciality can be provided. Include a statement that contractors will be required to have access to classified data and cite the facility security level and document safeguarding level (i.e., �confidential� or �secret�) from block 1 of the DD 254. NSNs are �part of the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program and will be solicited as FOB Origin �and commercial packaging. Various incremental quantities will be solicited. While price is a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.� All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. APPROVED SOURCE PER NSN ON ATTACHMENT The response date referenced above is estimated. Solicitation Issue date is on or about 5/7/2020, with the Response date on or around 6/7/2020. Note: Copies of this solicitation will only be available via the World Wide Web. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available.
