- SOLICITATION NO. N40085-20-R-0003 DESIGN-BID-BUILD (DBB) P228 AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL TOWER AND AIR OPERATIONS, MARINE CORPS AIR STATION CHERRY POINT, NORTH CAROLINA THIS ACQUISITION IS BEING SOLICITED ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS WITH FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. This project constructs three new facilities to include a new AirOps building, Air Traffic Control Tower, and a combined ATC/ATCM & RMD building. Buildings 199, 131, 4327, 1640, 1641, 1790, 144, 146, and 3769 will be demolished to support the consolidation and relocation to new facilities, as well as vacate areas of the flightline that will be needed to support F-35 parking requirements.
