- Description
- The Solicitation, W912DR20Q0032, will be issued for Title Services and is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses, NAICS 541191 size standard of $12 Million. The project has an anticipated performance period of three (3) years. Interested parties must register in System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be awarded a contract. To register you will need your DUNS number. https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM Instructions for registering are on the website. Contractor shall be required to perform all work described: The work to be done under these specifications consists of furnishing and delivering Owner's Guarantee (Insurance) Policies or Certificates of Title and Continuations thereof in the form of preliminary, interim or final policies, certificates of title, interim binders, or endorsements, as appropriate, and Closing Services as set forth on the Schedule/Performance Work Statement (PWS) The Contractor shall provide all necessary equipment, staff, labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete the Project. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge on or about Monday, 30 March 2020, to all authenticated account holders at beta.SAM.gov Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, But Unclassified Documents, and require users to have a valid MPIN entered in the beta.SAM system to access package.
