- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA, has a requirement to procure, on a full and open competition basis, a Radio Frequency (RF) anechoic chamber, antechamber and control room in order to support validation of software products prior to release to the warfighters. Interested party shall be able to demonstrate its ability to deliver and install the required equipment with the Technical Data Package (TDP) to perform this work. Responsible interested parties may submit information in which they identify their interest and capabilities to respond to this requirement. The Government will consider all information received via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer by 30 January 2020 at 10:00 AM PST. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for any information received. No telephone responses will be accepted. Any submissions or questions shall be submitted via email to edwin.labra@navy.mil and scott.c.hansen@navy.mil The solicitation or Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on the FEDBIZOPPS website at https://beta.sam.gov. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/SAM/. � This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is a market research tool used to determine the adequacy of potential business sources, especially small business sources. Any firm believing it can fulfill the requirement identified above may submit a written response, which shall be considered by the agency. The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893620Q0088 and provide a capability statement that clearly indicates the firm�s experience, assets, background, and ability to deliver and install the required products without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability, or delivery schedule of 9-12 months after contract award.
