- This RFI/Sources Sought Notice is issued by Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk in support of U.S. Fleet Forces Command (USFF). This announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Notice for information and planning purposes to identify qualified and experienced sources to provide contractor support for Antiterrorism Force Protection (ATFP). An effort to develop terrorism countermeasures, Navy Combating Terrorism policies/procedures, and Testing, Analysis and Assessment protocols to determine the effectiveness of the developed countermeasures against current and emerging threats.
