Page 1 of Page 3 of 5 Radiopharmaceuticals for Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center (Uptown and Downtown), Augusta GA The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to provide all unit dose Radiopharmaceuticals used by the Nuclear Medicine Imaging Department for the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center, 950 15th Street, Augusta, Georgia 30904, for the period March 1, 2020 through February 28, 2021, with the potential for four one-year options. This is a SOURCE SOUGHT NOTICE ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for quote (RFQ) and it does not obligate the Government to award a contact. Request for Solicitation will not receive a response. The purpose of this notice is acquisition planning, to determine whether an SDVOSB or another socio-economic set-aside is possible. VA will consider SDVOSBs and VOSBs that are currently VIP-verified. The anticipated NAICS Code is 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation manufacturing / Product Service Code Q527 Medical Services Nuclear Medicine . Normal working hours for the Nuclear Medicine Service at CNVAMC are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. Services may be required after normal operating hours during the week and on weekends and holidays for emergency patient care. See Section F for list of observed Federal Holidays. Because of the critical need of these supplies, there must be a 20-minute turnaround delivery time from the pharmacy distribution site to the hot lab delivery site (CNVAMC, Downtown Division, 2D-165). Thus, only vendors within a 20-mile radius of the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center need to respond to this RFQ.
