- The purpose of this amendment 04 is to extend the proposal due and to answer industry questions.� The new proposal due date is 29 Feb 2020 at 1500 CST. Points of Contact for this requirement are: Terry Stacy, Contract Specialist, Teresa.Stacy@dla.mil and Roman R. Bernal, Contracting Officer, roman.bernal@dla.mil. Industry Questions: 1. Location number 2 (Williams Intl):�� Is the qty. 15,000 gallons?� Looks like a typo. Answer: Williams International requires 10,000 (estimated) gallons annually with an estimated two Bulk deliveries per year. 2. Are the estimated annual quantities for each year?� Will there be more than one shipment for each location annually? Answer: Yes, these are annual estimated quantities.� See attachment 01 from amendment 0003, which also identifies estimated number of shipments per year. 3. Is the winning contractor responsible for hiring the freight company and paying the freight cost for delivering both the JP10 and PF?� The pricing proposal should be a delivered cost? Answer: The Government will not be arranging the delivery of the product.� The contractor shall be responsible for arranging transportation of the product.� The contractors proposed cost will reflect all associated cost for delivery for JP-10 and PF-1.
