- The contractor shall provide to Customs and Border Protection with 10 Detector (single purpose) canines that are suitable for training in accordance with the statement of work. NOTE:� This is a total small business set-aside.� CBP will determine vendor�s small business designation from vendor�s SAM report.� The report must identified vendor as Small Business under NAICS code 112990 or vendor will not be eligible for award. Canines are due to the designated Canine Center No-later-than 02/28/2020. Written question(s) are due NLT 1pm (EST) 01/21/2020. Quotes are due NLT 1 pm (EST) 01/27/2020, NLT 1pm (ET). REMINDER:� IAW Section III, paragraph lll.6, Evaluation � vendor�s with open orders are ineligible for any new award. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE.
