- The Nebraska National Forest and Grasslands intends to issue a Request For Quotes (RFQ) to award a single, firm-fixed price contract for Road Maintenance on five roads for a total of 140.1 miles.� Project is located in Thomas County, NE.� The project consists of a Base Year and four additional Option Years. �The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 237310 with a size standard of $39.5 million.� Project is total Small Business Set-Aside.� ���Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, and incidentals and perform all required work in accordance to the terms, conditions, specifications, and provisions of the contract.� All responsible quoters will be considered for award of this project.� Contractors must be registered in the System for award Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award.
