- Description
- The reasons for Amendment 0001 are as follows: a) To provide an official Pre-Bid Meeting Notice date (01/22/20 @ 9:00 AM CT); b) Modifications to Section 00 73 05 and c) To provide photos. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. The work includes demolition of skylights and exterior wall for window installation, but is not limited to, masonry work; metal fabrications, carpentry; installing insulations; roof repairs and EPDM roofing application; flashing and sheet metal; doors and frames; windows and window treatment; gypsum board work; flooring, signage, painting; sprinkler system; air conditioning units and HVAC installation, TAB, and commissioning; electrical work and lighting; telecommunications cabling and fire alarm and mass notifications system.
