- Description
- This solicitation is for the Gardening services for real property owned by U.S. Government in Barbados. The contractor shall perform gardening services in all designated spaces The resulting contract will be a firm-fixed price contract, for one base year with two one-year options, if exercised by the Government. This solicitation will be issued via the Beta Sam.gov - no paper copies will be mailed. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered, but electronic submissions will not be accepted.� The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor and registered in SAM (System for Award Management) http://www.sam.gov. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion
