This is a solicitation�entitled Simulation and Advanced Software Services (SASS) 80JSC020R0018. You are notified that the following changes are made: The SASS Request for Proposal (RFP) and associated documents have been posted. �The due date for responses is January 13, 2020 at 3:00 p.m., Eastern Time/2:00 p.m., Central Time. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet.� These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.� Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Presolicitation synopsis 80JSC020R0018 was previously posted. This is AMENDMENT 1 to the solicitation�entitled Simulation & Advanced Software Services (SASS) 80JSC020R0018 which was posted on December 4, 2019.�You are notified that the following changes are made: The SASS Pre-Proposal Conference� Information,� which contains all pertitent infomation�(i.e registration, time), has been posted. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). This is AMENDMENT 2�to the solicitation�entitled Simulation & Advanced Software Services (SASS) 80JSC020R0018 which was posted on December 4, 2019.�You are notified that the following changes are made: 1.) The SASS Pre-Proposal Conference�Charts have been�posted. 2.) The SASS Interested Parties List has been updated. No parts of the SASS RFP have been modified or amended. Documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). This is AMENDMENT 3�to the solicitation�entitled Simulation & Advanced Software Services (SASS) 80JSC020R0018 which was posted on December 4, 2019.� You are notified that the following Amendment 3 changes are: 1.� Due to a temporary issue with Beta.SAM.Gov, the Government is requesting all potential offerors to follow RFP Section L.10, Proposal Marking and Delivery, when submitting proposals.� RFP Section L.10 provides specific delivery instructions and delivery dates. This is AMENDMENT�4�to the solicitation�entitled Simulation & Advanced Software Services (SASS) 80JSC020R0018 which was posted on December 4, 2019.� You are notified that the following Amendment�4 changes are: 1. The due date for receipt of proposals has been extended to January 31, 2020.�The time�proposals are due remains unchanged. This is AMENDMENT 5�to the solicitation�entitled Simulation & Advanced Software Services (SASS) 80JSC020R0018 which was posted on December 4, 2019.� You are notified that the following Amendment 5�changes are: 1.�Provide the Government's response to questions received regarding the solicitation and update the final RFP accordingly. 2. Provide a Microsoft Word copy of the revised solicitation.
