- Special Notice. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 intends to award a sole source purchase order to DentalEZ Alabama, Inc. for the purchase of Dental laboratory workbench with the integrated dust collection system for use at the Dayton VA Medical Center, 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, OH 45428-9000. Determination of this sole source procurement is in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) soliciting from one source. It is the Government s belief that the proposed candidate is the only provider of the Dental laboratory workbench with the integrated dust collection system. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any business that believes it can provide the supplies may submit written notice to john.tschirhart@va.gov by 4:00pm EST on January 22, 2020. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. Responses will be considered by the Government; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses of this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
