- The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to 1) correct CLINs X001, X006, X011, X012, 2) provide the site visit sign in sheet, site visit locations, and site visit maps, 3) provide questions and answers received in response to this solitication; and 4) revise the PWS and Technical Exhibits 10 and 12 as a result of the Q&A. ALL OTHER POSTINGS RELATED TO INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT WILL BE FOUND UNDER W91QV119B0005** MISSION AND INSTALLATION CONTRACTING COMMAND FORT BELVOIR Pre-Solicitation Notice Solicitation Number: W91QV119B0005 The Mission & Installation Contracting Command Fort Belvoir (MICC-FB), 9410 Jackson Loop, Ft Belvoir, VA 22060, intends to issue a solicitation to award a firm fixed-priced contract with a twelve (12) month base and four (4) 12 month option years on behalf of the Fort Belvoir Department of Public Works (DPW). DPW has a requirement for Integrated Pest Management Services. This requirement will be set-aside 100% for Small Business vendors. The estimated Period of Performance 15 December 2019 with a twelve month period of performance and four option years through 14 December 2024. The anticipated posting of the solicitation will be posted on or about 12 September 2019. All Bidders must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) http://www.sam.gov prior to the bid opening. It is also noted that each firm�s socioeconomic classification must be certified with the Small Business Administration (SBA) as well as certified on SAM. Potential Bidders are responsible for monitoring FedBizOpps.gov for release of the solicitation package and any amendments. No paper copies will be issued. When the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review the aforementioned site regularly for any updates/amendments to this solicitation. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561710, Exterminating and Pest Control Services. The small business size standard is $12 million.
