- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4), on behalf of the Lebanon VA Medical Center, anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price service contract for Preventative Maintenance Inspection of Patient Ceiling Lifts. These services are being acquired in accordance with FAR 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. The government anticipates awarding a contract for one (1) Base year with up to four (4) option year periods.
