- DESCRIPTION: The Monongahela National Forest (managed by the USDA Forest Service) in West Virginia is advertising a project to remodel a portion of the Bartow Bunkhouse located at the Greenbrier Ranger Station. The Contractor will be required to provide all expertise, labor, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, permits and incidental supplies as required in the Schedule of Items and Specifications of the solicitation necessary to perform remodeling services. Work for this project consists of new flooring, painting, new kitchen countertops, two new sinks, three new doors and refinishing the kitchen cabinets. All deliverables must be in compliance with the terms, specifications, conditions and provisions of this solicitation and are to comply with applicable, Local, State and Federal codes. GOVERNMENT PRICE ESTIMATE: The Government's estimated price range for the total of all work is less than $25,000. LOCATION: Performance will take place in Pocahontas County, West Virginia at: Greenbrier Ranger District 7409 Staunton Parkersburg Turnpike Bartow, WV 24920 CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS: Interested parties are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database is required prior to award of a contract. There is no cost for registration in SAM when registration is completed on the official SAM website (www.sam.gov). SET ASIDE: This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 236118 - Residential Remodelers; the Small Business size standard is $39.5 million. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: Solicitation 12343420Q0002 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and will be awarded as a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation and related documents will only be issued electronically via FedBizOpps and are expected to be available for downloading on or around November 22, 2019 from FedBizOpps' web address: https://www.fbo.gov. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which, if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency.
