- The Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) is issuing this Market Survey for determining Small Business capabilities and is soliciting information from potential sources to Provide support for the Combat Survivor Evader Locator (CSEL) Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Base Station (UBS) network and communications infrastructure at 747th Communication Squadron (CS) Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (747CS), Hawaii; U.S. Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station Sicily, Naval Air Station (NAS) Sigonella Sicily; and the Naval Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic (NCTAMSLANT) Norfolk, Virginia, including upgrades, testing and training. The goal is to maintain a fully operational 24/7 UBS that allows for greater success in survivor/evader recovery. Please see attached PWS and Market Survey
