- REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) “ SOURCES SOUGHT. NO SOLICITATION EXISTS. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE for Market Research Purposes ONLY. This information will be used to determine the availability of vendors capable of meeting the Government ™s minimum requirements. The Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center (NAVSUP) Jacksonville is conducting a market survey to determine the availability of vendors capable of providing temporary lodging within a 45 minute commute of 1000 Jerry Ste. Pe Highway, Pascagoula, MS. NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville is currently seeking potential sources to determine whether there are interested qualified companies capable of the specifications of the attached DRAFT Performance Work statement (PWS) for lodging in Pascagoula, MS. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote or invitation to bid. Description/Scope of Work: See the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PSW). It is anticipated that any resulting solicitation will be for a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract, with a Product Service Code (PSC) V999, Travel Consulting Services and NAICS Code of 721199 with a size standard of $8.0 million or Product Service Code (PSC) V231, Lodging Negotiations and Management Services and NAICS Code of 721110 Hotels with a size standard of $35 million. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: Responses to this Sources Sought notice SHALL NOT EXCEED five (5) pages and shall be prepared using Times New Roman font no smaller than 12 point. The technical capabilities statement shall include: a cover page containing the Company ™s Name, Address, CAGE Code, DUNS number, Years in Business, Affiliate Information, Parent Company, Joint Venture Partners, Business Size/Socio-economic Status, Government Business Point-of-Contact Name, Phone Number, and Email Address. Responses shall be submitted by 8:00 A.M. EST, 12 November, 2019. Any questions about the Draft Performance Work Statement must be submitted in writing to sherrie.walters1@navy.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this RFI notice or any follow-up information requests. No telephone calls requesting a solicitation package will be accepted as this is not a solicitation. In order to protect the procurement integrity of any future procurement, if any, that may arise from this announcement, information regarding the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) will not be provided and no appointments for presentation will be made.
