Rosalnd Ave, East to E Central Blvd, South to Lake Ave West to E South St, extending to Hwy 408 S: Hwy 408 W: I-4 to Hwy 408 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,908 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,908 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 7 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 7 Full Term: 15 Firm Term: 10 Option Term: Additional Requirements [H1] : Offered space can be disbursed as follows: 1,950 USF, 1,350 USF and 608 USF for a total of 3,908 USF. Can be located on one contiguous floor, and located on the second floor or higher is preferred. Space shall be located: 1) in an office, research, technology, or business park that is modern in design with a campus-like atmosphere; OR 2) On an attractively-landscaped site containing one or more modern office buildings that are professional and prestigious in appearance with the surrounding development well-maintained and in consonance with a professional image.
