- PWS SOURCES SOUGHT / REQUEST FOR INFORMATION/ MARKET RESEARCH Marine Engine Maintenance Services Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay The Regional Contracting Office, Hawaii (RCO-HI) at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay (MCBH-Kaneohe Bay) is currently conducting preliminary planning market research to determine the existence of viable commercial sources capable of providing Marine Engine Maintenance Services as described in the attached performance work statement. The Government intends to use the information received from this combined Request for Information (RFI) and Sources Sought pre-solicitation notice, to determine the availability of the required service. See description below: Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): 0001 Description: (Informational) Marine Engine Initial Diagnostic Services Extended description: Please refer to para 4.1.1 of the PWS for required support. An hourly rate for these services will be requested upon solicitation for the PoP below. Period of Performance : One Base Year plus Four One-Year Option Years Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): 0002 Description: (Informational) Marine Engine Preventive Maintenance Services Extended description: Please refer to para 4.1.2 of the PWS for required support. An hourly rate for these services will be requested upon solicitation for the PoP below. Period of Performance : One Base Year plus Four One-Year Option Years Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): 0003 Description: (Informational) Marine Engine Corrective Maintenance Services Extended description: Please refer to para 4.1.3 of the PWS for required support. An hourly rate for these services will be requested upon solicitation for the PoP below. Period of Performance : One Base Year plus Four One-Year Option Years Contract Line Item Number (CLIN): 0004 Description: ( Informational) Marine Engine Emergency/Incident Support Services Extended description: Please refer to para 4.1.4 of the PWS for required support. An hourly rate for these services will be requested upon solicitation for the PoP below. Period of Performance : One Base Year plus Four One-Year Option Years Interested companies should provide information on the above services by email to the Primary Point of Contact listed below. All responses must be submitted in sufficient detail for a decision to be made on the availability of interested concerns. Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated and incurred by responding to this Sources Sought Notice. The Government does not require any cost for participating in this Market Research and Sources Sought. The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this notice.
