DRAFT RFP Attachment 3 - Price Worksheet Attachment 9 - QASP Attachment 8 - Question Template Attachment 7 - PP Consent Letter Attachment 6 - PP Questionnaire Attachment 5 - PP Information Sheet Attachment 4 - FCL Information Sheet Attachment 2 - Draft DD254 7 NOV 2019 UPDATE: This announcement provides a *DRAFT* Request for Proposal for Maritime Special Operations Forces Support (M-SOFS) documents and provides details on an upcoming Industry Day. Attachments 1, 1a, and 1b to the draft RFP must be specifically requested in writing from the PCO and will only be provided to those SDVOSB contractors intending to prime this requirement. The Government invites contractor feedback but requests all questions be submitted using Attachment 8 template. Responses to questions will be posted to FBO and used to help facilitate Industry Day. The following notional schedule is provided for situational awareness. Release Draft RFP: o/a 7 Nov 19 Industry Day: 21 Nov 19 Release Final RFP: o/a 6 Dec 19 Proposals Due: o/a 6 Jan 19 INDUSTRY DAY: The Naval Special Warfare Command is sponsoring an unclassified Industry Day to identify potential business sources with the resources, capabilities, and experience to meet the M-SOFS requirement. The event is scheduled for 8:00am -5:00pm on Thursday, 21 November 2019. The purpose of this event is the following: • Provide overview and general information of the M-SOFS requirement • Allow for question and answer session; with focus on questions regarding the Draft RFP • Hold one-on-ones with Interested Primes and their respective teams • Provide networking opportunity for contractors and subcontractors This announcement is not a contract, a request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. The information provided herein is subject to change and in no way binds the Government to solicit for or award a contract. The Government will not pay for any effort expended in response to this announcement, nor will the Government return any data provided. The Government is specifically requesting feedback on the draft RFP for M-SOFS. Company capability statements or brochures are not requested nor desired at this time. Registration: Pre-registration is REQUIRED. This is a no-fee event and is limited to two (2) individuals for each company as there is limited space available. Companies are required to e-mail Michelle Riisma at michelle.l.riisma.civ@socom.mil no later than 4:00 PM (EST) on 15 November 2019, with the following pre-registration information: (1) Company Name, (2) Company size under the applicable NAICS codes (Small Business Administration business size classification), (3) CAGE Code, (4) Facility Clearance Level, and (5) Name(s) of employees/representatives attending, to include any identified subcontractor/teammates. Failure to respond to the above RSVP will result in personnel being denied access. The event is open to all interested offerors but based on time constraints, one-on-one sessions will only be held with Interested Primes and their respective teams. In order to be considered an Interested Prime the company must be registered as a SDVOSB under NAICS 541990 in the System for Award Management AND have an active Top Secret Facility Clearance with Secret Safeguarding. Location: Joint Expeditionary Base, Little Creek, VA. Further directions and specific location will be provided upon registration with the point of contact above. The agenda and one-on-one times will be posted once finalized with registrants. Escorts are not available and companies must be able to obtain access to Joint Expeditionary Base, Little Creek, VA in order to attend the venue.
