- FA2487-19-R-0002 Amendment 0001 This notice is updated as of 7 November 2019 for the following items: 1. The questions received from industry and the Government responses to the Final RFP are available upon request. The Q&A contain protected/sensitive information requiring special distribution which shall only be forwarded to qualified vendors who are registered and have an active certification by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Joint Certification Program (JCP) via encrypted e-mail or via DoD SAFE website at https://safe.apps.mil. Foreign participation will not be permitted for this effort. 2. A second round of questions and/or comments concerning the RFP must be submitted by 1pm (Central Time) on 13 November 2019 to craig.oneill@us.af.mil with allison.mccowan@us.af.mil on copy, with the subject line "Questions/Comments RATS RFP - Round 2." The Government will not answer any questions submitted after this date. 3. All requests and communications referencing this RFP must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer, Mr. Craig O'Neill at craig.oneill@us.af.mil. Please cc the Contract Specialist, Ms. Allison McCowan at allison.mccowan@us.af.mil on all correspondence. 4. An amendment to the solicitation has been posted.
