- Justification & Approval (J&A) Amendment 01 The purpose of this Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) notice is to make publicly available a Justification & Approval (J&A) document in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501(a)(1)(iii). This requirement is for the provision of and uploading/refueling of Aviation Turbine Fuel (ATF) in Afghan Air Force (AAF) aircraft at Maimana, Afghanistan. This J&A replaces a prior version, wherefore the quantity of fuel anticipated for the AAF requirement was less. This J&A increases the quantity of order-able fuel, per requiring activity CSTC-A expectations that greater quantities may be needed.
