- Amendment No. One (1) to ERA RFP Subject: Amendment No. One (1) to Request for Proposals (RFP) No. 72027819R00011 Solicitation Issuance Date: October 10, 2019 / 16:00 (Jordan Time) Original Closing Date/Time for receipt of Technical and Cost proposals: November 12, 2019 / 16:00 (Jordan Time) Revised Closing Date/Time for receipt of Technical and Cost proposals: November 25, 2019 / 16:00 (Jordan Time) The purpose of this Amendment to the subject RFP is to: Extend the Closing Date/Time for receipt of Technical and Cost proposals to November 25, 2019 / 16:00 (Jordan Time) Partial respon se to questions received, Attachment No. One (1) to this amendment. S ubsequent amendment(s) will be issued to respond to the remaining questions. There are no other changes to this RFP. This RFP in no way obligates USAID to award a contract nor does it commit USAID to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of a proposal.
