- The U.S. General Services Administration today is issuing a Request for Information to seek feedback from industry on how to most effectively provide human-centered design services for the federal government. Input is sought for a forthcoming report, which will inform a federal buying guide as well as future procurement actions. Human-centered design is the discipline of navigating complex problems and creatively designing effective solutions to meet people’s real needs. In preparing this RFI, GSA’s Office of Customer Experience conducted an in-depth analysis of current customer experience and design best practices. Only responses via the URL will be accepted!!
