- Base Year with one year option; Preventive Maintenance & Repair Services - Synthetic Human, Manikin. Special Notice of Intent to award under Solicitation: W81K0220Q0016 Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Cell, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award under solicitation W81K0220Q0016 to SynDaver Labs Inc., in the amount of $30,000.00 for 1 year Base, with 1 Option Year on Preventive Maintenance & Repair Services on their Synthetic Human, Surgical Manikin Model in use at the Anderson Simulation Center, Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma WA. These services are required as part of surgical training for the medical residents, surgeons and professional nursing staff, and services are proprietary by letter to the manufacturer SynDaver Labs Inc. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/equipment can provide supporting documents demonstrating their products capability and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J. Bischoff, email; walter.j.bischoff.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
