- Draft SOW for industry review. Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is seeking qualified contractors to provide input on Statement of Work (SOW) development for a commercial industrial services (CIS) exterior decking contract. This contract will be a multiple award (MAC), indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity contract (IDIQ). A draft of the SOW is attached for review and comment. The required work shall take place on surface ships located within the PHNSY & IMF area of responsibility (AOR). This requirement will utilize full and open competition, where two or more contracts will be reserved for small businesses. This pre-solicitation notice is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 15.205(c), Special Notice. PHNSY & IMF will review industry comments to the SOW to incorporate appropriate changes.
