The Small Business size standard is 500 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The total duration of the contract shall not exceed 5 years. This proposed procurement includes several family group of items within the Federal Supply Class. See table above. The scope of this contract includes all DLA managed NSNs for which Sierra Nevada Corporation (3CN36) is an approved source. NSNs within the scope may be added to this initiative, or any resulting contract, at a later date via bilateral modification and in accordance with Procurement Note L27 Addition and Deletion of Items. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). It is anticipated that award will be made via a delivery order to an existing basic ordering agreement. In addition to price, the Government will evaluate technical acceptability factors in accordance with the evaluation criteria contained in the solicitation.
