- Contractor shall furnish all supervision, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and other services necessary to perform Monthly elevator maintenance and annual inspections at Goodfellow AFB, TX in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The requirement will be solicited as a request for written quotation and evaluated under procedures of FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310, the size standard is $8 Million. The acquisition is a 100% small business set aside. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) is anticipated to be posted on or about 8 Octoberl 2019. The anticipated award date is on or about 1 Nov 2019. The performance period for this requirement will be 01 Nov 2019 to 31 Oct 2024. The POP will include one base year and four option years.
