Description
75D301-19-R-68123 The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases (NCIRD) requires the award of one or more indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery contracts for the purchase of the following pediatric vaccines and estimated quantities manufactured under a current establishment and product license issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration: Item Descriptions & Quantities (1) Influenza Vaccine - Pediatric; Inactivated virus Minimum order size: 100 doses Federal Excise Tax (FET): $0.75 per dose Maximum: 33,000,000 doses Minimum: 100 doses (2) Influenza Vaccine - Pediatric; Live virus, intranasal Minimum order size: 100 doses Federal Excise Tax (FET): $0.75 per dose Maximum: 12,000,000 doses Minimum: 100 doses Provide age indication & NDC for any vaccines proposed. Proposed Quantity and Presentation: Offerors may propose any number of vaccines or presentations of inactivated influenza vaccine (IIV) or live attenuated influenza vaccine (LAIV). The vaccines awarded under the resulting contracts will be purchased for and by NCIRD's immunization awardees to support pediatric immunization programs as provided under Section 317(j) of the Public Health Service Act and Vaccine for Children (VFC) program, established pursuant to Section 13631 of the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993 (OBRA '93). Vaccines shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination to the CDC centralized distribution locations currently in Aurora, CO and Memphis, TN. Vaccine stockpile order(s) shall be delivered to another single location to be determined by CDC. The period of performance shall be from the date of award through February 28, 2021. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 15. The solicitation and any amendments issued will be posted on www.fbo.gov when issued. No hard copies of the solicitation and amendments will be mailed. Please note funds are not currently available for the award. This solicitation is subject of funds availability during FY 2020.
