FLEET LOGISITCS CENTER JACKSONVILLE PRE-SOLICITATION SITE VISIT FOR WAREHOUSING SERVICES Naval Supply Center (NAVSUP), Jacksonville, FL will conduct a briefing and a tour of two (2) buildings in anticipation of an upcoming RFQ for Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville for commercial moving services of supplies from Building110 to Building 194, see Performance Work Statement (PWS) for details. If a RFQ is released, RFQ Number N68836-20-Q-0011 shall be posted on both FEDBIZOPPS (http://www.fbo.gov) and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil). A draft PWS provided herein as Attachment 1. A site-visit for 15 October 2019 at 9:00AM to 12:00PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). All prospective offerors will meet at 110 Yorktown Ave, Building 110, NAS Jacksonville, FL 32212. The site-visit will include two (2) buildings: Building 110 located at 110 Yorktown Ave, NAS Jacksonville, FL 32212 and Building 194 located at 194 Swan Road, NAS Jacksonville, FL 32212. The Site- Visit Coordinator Point of Contacts are Paul Havens- Office: (904) 546-6181, Cell Phone: (904) 386-2369 and William Hamm- Office: (904)542 1067 This SITE-VISIT is unclassified. Attendees shall give themselves ample time to arrive; there will NOT be another site-visit. Participation in the Site-Visit is MANDATORY in order to propose to a future RFQ. This Site-Visit announcement does not constitute a formal solicitation for quotations or abstracts. Information exchanges are not considered offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. There will be no reimbursement for costs incurred to participate in this Site-Visit. Interested parties to this notice are cautioned that nothing herein obligates the Government to issue a solicitation. Any information provided by the Government will be only information that is equally available to all interested parties. If submissions are made in response to this notice, any information that the vendor considers proprietary should be clearly marked. The SITE-VISIT IS MANDATORY in order to be determined responsible in accordance with FAR 9.104, Determination of Responsibility. Offerors must follow the below instructions: ********************************************** 1.Complete the Application For Activity Access (CNRSE Form 5200.1) (Attachment 2) and return via email to Paul Havens at paul.havens@navy.mil and cc Shakima Slappey at shakima.slappey@navy.mil. Please input FLCJ Warehousing Site-Visit Request for 15 October 2019 in the subject line. DO NOT enter your SSN on this form. 2.Complete the ID Card/Base Access Pass Registration (SECNAV 5512/1) (Attachment 3). DO NOT return this form. It is to be taken to the Visitor Control Center located outside the main gate (Yorktown Ave) on the day of the visit to pick up the pass. Instructions for completing the form, and the list of acceptable identifications are listed on page 3. 3.Handwritten forms must be legible. Unreadable forms will not be processed. 4.Name and address must be exactly as it appears on the Drivers license. 5.Ensure blocks 29-31 on the SECNAV 5512/1 are initialed/signed where needed. Forms will not be processed without required initials and signatures. This information must be submitted via email no later than 12:00PM (EST) on Wednesday, 09 October 2019; failure to submit the appropriate information as instructed will result in offerors not being able to gain access and participate in the site-visit.
