The purpose of this market research is to survey prospective vendors in order to collect data, comments, and other information pertaining to this industry. Upon review of the responses to this sources sought notice, the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) will determine if a set-aside (in full or in part) or procurement through full and open competition is in their best interest. Indian Economic Enterprise (IEE) and Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) set-asides take precedence. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. No funds are available to pay for any information received from potential sources. All information submitted in response to this announcement is strictly voluntary. Only electronic mail will be acceptable for vendor s submissions. No feedback or evaluations will be provided regarding such submissions.
