- Request for Quote (RFQ) under Order # N0042119Q0638 INTRODUCTION The Naval Air Warfare Center- Aircraft Division U. S. Naval Test Pilot School (5.1) at Patuxent River, MD announces its intention to procure on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with SynQor, Inc. 155 Swanson Rd. Boxborough, MA 01719 (Cage: 1WX10) for the purchase of three (3) IU Rackmount 400 Hz Power Invertors. Under the authority of FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13, this announcement is a Request for Quote (RFQ). ELIGIBILITY This requirement is being synopsized as an unrestricted acquisition under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 221122, Size Standard of 1,000; PSC Code 6625. All interested businesses are encouraged to respond. Specifically, the Government is evaluating the possibility of establishing this requirement as a Small Business/Other Socio-economic Set-Aside. ANTICIPATED DELIVERY DATE 30 September 2019 ANTICIPATED CONTRACT TYPE This is a firm-fixed price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and acceptability. REQUIREMENTS Please see attached Solicitation for specifications. SUBMITTAL INFORMATION Technical acceptability will be determined solely on the content and merit of the information submitted in response to this synopsis/solicitation. Therefore, it is incumbent on the offeror to provide sufficient technical literature, documentation, etc. in order for the Government to make an adequate technical assessment of the proposal. The Government will award on a lowest priced - technically acceptable basis. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you provide with your quote. This is firm-fixed price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should contain the offeror's best terms from a price and technical standpoint.
