- Description
- The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 12, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, has a requirement for Virtual Pharmacy services for the VA Illiana Health Care System (VAIHCS). The purpose of this solicitation is for the contractor to provide virtual professional inpatient pharmacy services for pending inpatient orders (including those administered by the intravenous route) during off-tour hours for VAIHCS in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), specifications, and terms and conditions listed within this Request for Quote (RFQ). Services shall be provided Monday through Thursday from 11:00 p.m. through 7:00 a.m., Saturday from 4:00 p.m. through 7:30 a.m., and Sunday from 4:00 p.m. through 7:00 a.m. If a Federal holiday falls on a weekend, then weekend hours apply on the observed day. The contract period of performance will be for a 5-year ordering period. All qualified offerors/firms who believe they can provide the required services are encouraged to submit a quote. The small business size standard for North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561320 is $30M. Offerors are reminded to complete registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) system, including Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. The electronic version of solicitation will be available on or about September 21, 2019. Date for receipt of quotes is September 30, 2019 at 12:00 p.m. local time. The electronic solicitation may be obtained FREE at the Federal Business Opportunities website: www.fedbizopps.gov. Any amendments to this solicitation will also be available at this address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining any amendments which are to be submitted with your response. THIS IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE.
